Constitution

As a mutual organisation and a Credit Union, you’ll be pleased to know that we are bound and guided by a Constitution - a set of principles and values that have been established to govern QSCU. These principles are a legal document and are compiled to form our Constitution.

Our Constitution includes guidelines around:

  • Eligibility of membership
  • Voting entitlements of Members
  • Election of Directors and the Chairman, qualifications, and proceedings of Board meetings
