Our new look website

We’ve always received great feedback around our website; that it was simple and easy to find what you were looking for, wasn’t difficult to navigate, and had a great overview of our products and services.

 

This feedback formed an important direction for our new design, whilst also ensuring that it was geared to incorporate a host of new tools and functions. The new look website also incorporates our new brand and positioning too, which features existing Members endorsing QSCU as offering ‘a great deal more for your banking’.

New website enhancements include:

  • More interest rate and product comparisons with the banks– on home loans, personal loans, and savings accounts
  • Introduction of factsheets – Members now have the ability to request product information sent directly to their email
  • Easy access to tools including calculators, product information, and more online forms
  • Integration of our Qwealth website into the one QSCU website, so Members can see our full range of wealth and banking products in the one place
  • Improved navigation making it even easier to find what you’re looking for

I'm sorry but I have found it extremely slow and also difficult to even write this comment to you when I had to correct a word it refused to even delete a letter.
Very disappointing, the old one was faster and more concise.

Hello,

The Online Log In drop down box rarely works; I need to click onto another page in order to get to the online banking login - this is VERY frustrating (this occurs on all 3 computers I use).

Please change the 'Online Banking' login button to a standalone button, rather than from the drop down menu of the Online Login. I access online banking daily and it was easier and quicker in the old format.

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for your feedback; one of the main changes from our old website was the integration of our Q-wealth website. This integration has enabled our Members to access all our products and services from the one website.

In doing this, we created a drop down menu as there are now two different logins - one for Online Banking and one for our Q-wealth Members.

I hope this hasn't inconvenienced you too much and you are enjoying the new website.

Are customers now required to provide description of their three icons to log in to the website?
I am being asked to provide a verbal description of these icons when I try to sign on for online banking

Hi Kris,

This is a virus and please ignore it, do not fill in this information. If you could please call us on 1300 747 747 and one of our staff members will assist you further, we will be able to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

QSCU will never ask for a description of Factor 2 icons outside of Online Banking. Never give any private information out unless securely logged in to Online Banking.

Hi Bianca,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble navigating through the site.

We’ve grouped some of the sections together for easy navigating. The right hand vertical navigation is your tools – rates, fees, calculators etc. And the tool bar which runs horizontal through the middle of the home page are our products – loans, deposits, wealth etc.

If you’re looking for something in particular though please let me know and I can either point you in the right direction or send it through to you.

Since the chances have been implemed i am not able to log in to online banking, i have writen many emails and the problem has not been fixed. Why am i not able to log into online banking????

Hi Jacinta,

I hope our IT department was helpful to you yesterday!

Just to confirm, if you’re having troubles accessing online banking please reset your Internet Explorer settings back to ‘default’ as it may be freezing on the online login page – this will disable the pop up blocker.

Once you have changed these settings, you should be able to access online banking.

If you continue to have problems with accessing the website and/or online banking please email me or contact us on 1300 747 747 and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible.
