Locate your last few bank statements and any regular bills so you can easily identify all the payments coming in and out of your old accounts, or contact your current bank to provide you with a complete list of payments for the past 13 months.

Before you know it, all of your repayments will be transferred over to your new QSCU account and you'll be wondering why you didn't make the switch sooner!

To apply for membership you can use our easy online form, or alternatively print off the forms you require and post it to us.
Note: Applicants under 18 years of age you will need to apply by downloading an application pack, calling us or visiting your nearest branch.
^ As part of your application we need to perform an identity verification check. This process if a federal government requirement in which we confirm your name address, and date of birth. We will also verify your details with the Australian Electoral Role and/or telephone records.
