To apply for membership you can use our easy online form, or alternatively print off the forms you require and post them to us.
Note: Applicants under 18 years of age you will need to apply by downloading an application pack, calling us or visiting your nearest branch.
As part of your application we need to perform an identity verification check. This process is a federal government requirement in which we confirm your full name, address, and date of birth. We will also verify your details with the Australian Electoral Role and/or telephone records.
