Bank@Post is Australia Post's personal banking service, the largest banking network in Australia, with facilities at over 3,100 Australia Post outlets around the nation.

Why do we offer the benefits of Bank@Post?

Because Bank@Post outlets are located where you are. Chances are there's one near your home or office, so it provides you with another channel for you to access your accounts with QSCU. For interstate travellers and Members travelling outside their local areas, Bank@Post also offers nationwide on-the-spot banking convenience.

Services offered by Bank@Post

  • Withdraw or deposit funds to your savings accounts using your CueCard or Visa Debit Card using your PIN (personal identification number)
  • Deposit cheques
  • Pay your bills
  • Access money order services

How do you use Bank@Post?

You must have your Cuecard or Visa Debit Card linked to the savings account on which you wish to transact. Just present your card and tell the Australia Post staff that you would like to make a Bank@Post transaction. Then you need to swipe your card and enter your PIN to begin.

Cheques deposited as part of a Bank@Post deposit may take up to 10 days to be converted to "cleared funds".
