Simply call our Telephone Banking hotline on 1300 360 865 and by following the voice prompts, you can:

  • Check your account balances
  • Transfer funds between accounts (yours and other Member accounts)
  • Make BPAY payments
  • Check transactions (select account and have the five last transactions read to you, with the option to hear an additional 5 transactions read)
  • Check your loan account balances
  • Obtain interest earned for the last financial year

What happens if I forget my access code?

You must notify us when your access code is not working or if you have forgotten your access code. We will then issue you a new access code after we have performed the appropriate identity checks. You will then be required to change this code the next time you use Telephone Banking.
