So you’ve found the loan you want. Where to from here?

  2. We'll call you once it has been received and guide you through your options and answer any questions you may have.

  4. Your loan will be processed for approval and documents prepared  
  5. Documents are reviewed, signed & approved by you 
  6. If approved, we will contact your current home loan lender and arrange for settlement
  7. Settlement is conducted
