Ways to Bank Depositing & Withdrawing

With our direct debit bill paying service you can pre-arrange payment of a specific amount and we’ll ensure it is sent to your nominated recipient on your specified dates.

To find out if you can establish your payments on our direct debit system, you may need to contact the remitting institution to organise payment on your behalf. We can also arrange other options – these include auto transfers which some customers prefer as an electronic payment method.

This service enables you to make a payment or transfer to yourself or another person from your savings account on a regular basis.
Auto transfers can be set up to recur (e.g. weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly) for an indefinite or for a fixed number of payments/transfers.
If you’re already a Member and are registered for Online Banking, you can set-up your own auto transfers online.
We currently have an arrangement with Qantas Airways so Qantas staff can have their pay deposited straight into their QSCU account.
You also have the option to nominate how your pay is split into your accounts, e.g. some to your loan, some to save, and some to spend.
If you're not employed by Qantas Airways and would like your pay credited to your account, simply ask your employer if they offer a direct credit option. If they do offer this service, simply provide the details of our BSB 704 865 and your account number.
