Not a Member yet? No problem. Simply apply for membership and we'll help you switch your banking over.
If you’re already a Member – great! You can go straight to step 2.
We do all the running around for you. Simply sign the ‘Switch of Regular Payment Arrangements’ form (available below) so we can contact your “old bank” on your behalf to receive a list of your last 13 months of regular payments. This will help identify all the payments coming in and out of your old accounts.
Once we receive your regular payments listing we’ll then send you the listing and a ‘notice of variation of account details’ form for signing.
Once you have signed the variation form and clearly identified those payments you want to switch to Qantas Credit Union, you can provide both these documents back to us and we’ll do the rest.
Before you know it, all your repayments will be transferred over to your new Qantas Credit Union account and you’ll be wondering why you didn’t make the switch sooner!

Note: Applicants under 18 years of age you will need to apply by downloading an application pack, calling us or visiting your nearest branch.
^ As part of your application we need to perform an identity verification check. This process if a federal government requirement in which we confirm your name address, and date of birth. We will also verify your details with the Australian Electoral Role and/or telephone records. You should read our Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) before opening an account with us.
