As part of our ongoing commitment to provide Members with the highest level of online security and protection against Internet fraud, we have secondary login call 'Factor2 Icon Authentication'.
Factor2 is free and automatic for all Members, and is in addition to your normal log in. Factor2 is a series of pictures and the first time you log in to Online Banking it will ask you to choose 3 pictures from a library - and remember the order in which you choose them. You’ll be asked to select these pictures in order from now on whenever you make a BPAY payment or perform account transfers within an Online Banking session.

We strongly recommend that all Members have some form of security software operating on their home computers to minimise the chances of fraud and viruses. We’re unable to recommend any specific products, however you can purchase a variety of security software products online or through computer retailers like Harvey Norman, etc. We also recommend you visit the governments Stay Smart Online website which have a range of tips and advice.
